Who are we ?
We are indeed reliable experts and professionals who provide our clients with authentic UK Licences (Learners or Full Licences). Furthermore, UK Driving LICENCE CENTER assists people in obtaining their UK driver’s licence and navigating the UK driver’s licence application
Our mission:
To assist persons who are having difficulty obtaining a driver’s licence in Ireland; specifically, either because they are too busy to follow the normal procedure, or alternatively, because they are unable to pass the tests required to obtain one.
What we do
At UK Driving Licence Center, we are able to help you, for instance, in obtaining a Certificate of Competency, a Provisional License, a Full UK Driver’s License, Point Removal, and Ban Uplift. Additionally, we can also assist you in obtaining a fake provisional licence and an UK driving licence.
OUR MANAGEMENT

Chief Executive
Tim is currently Chief Executive of DVLA after joining the agency in March 2025.
He was previously Chief Operating Officer and Director General for Corporate Services and Inspectorates at the Welsh Government. He had responsibility for a range of corporate functions including Digital, Data and Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Estates, Security, Legal,
House in Cardiff.
Tim’s career also includes 12 years in senior operational roles in the manufacturing industry. He has a Natural Sciences degree from Cambridge University, an MBA from Swansea University and lives on a farm in South Wales and is married with 2 children. He was awarded a CBE in the 2016 Queen’s Birthday Honours list for services to the economy and the people of Swansea.

NON EXECUTIVE CHAIR
David Jones was appointed as Non-executive Chair of DVLA in February 2024.
David began his career as Chief Technology Officer for Cardiff-based Aspro Travel, before setting up a software company, Travelink, which he sold in 2005. For the next few years, David worked in consulting and as an Angel Investor, also chairing a number of technology companies.
In 2009 David joined the Cardiff and Vale NHS Board as a Non-executive Director and followed this with Non-executive Director roles for Qualifications Wales, the Aneurin Bevan NHS Board and the Welsh Revenue Non-executive Chair
Responsible for bringing ideas and advice, both from his experience of the wider business world and from his perspective as a private citizen.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Brian joined DVLA in June 2019 as Chief Technology Officer.
